To be zero VAT rated you need to meet the following criteria:

We must receive orders by email so that we have proof of correspondence of your inquiries and any subsequent orders. This also includes a valid business name and address, email address and any other relevant contact details.
You need to have a valid VAT number and confirm this with us including the two letters at the beginning. Our team will check all VAT numbers.
A CMR Consignment Note must be provided at collection from our yard. We must then have a copy of this same CMR back with the  GOODS RECEIVED BOX STAMPED AND SIGNED once you have the machine delivered in your country.
We must have your valid business name and address. We must also have a valid email address and any other relevant contact details.
